Wicked Smart Smoothie

  • 8-10 oz of milk or milk alternative of your choice
  • 1 serving protein powder of your choice (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon 100% cocoa powder
  • 1-1.5 cups of frozen berries and/or cherries of your liking
  • half a ripe medium banana
  • half to 1 cup of frozen or fresh green leafy veggies (like fresh baby spinach or frozen chopped kale)
  • 6 walnut halves
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Directions: Add all ingredients to a powerful blender and blend until smooth If ingredients chunk up too much, use cold water to help thin out as needed to blend.
