All-Purpose Vinaigrette


  •  1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  •  4 Tbsp. golden or white balsamic vinegar
  •  1 Lemon, juiced (about 2 Tbsp.)
  •  2 cloves garlic, minced
  •  2-4 Tbsp. honey or maple syrup
  •  2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  •  2 tsp. Kosher salt


  •  Add all ingredients to an airtight jar
  •  Seal and shake well to combine
  •  Store airtight container in the refrigerator and use within a week
