Existing Patients – To schedule an appointment with your provider, please call the site where you are normally seen.
If you are not currently an ACHS patient, click here to learn how to become one.
All ACHS Patients have access to a provider 24/7 outside of normal business hours by calling 603.444.2464
An ACHS provider is on call for emergencies after hours. For matters such as refills, test results, and all other general concerns, please call the office during regular business hours.
Please be thorough with the front desk staff in telling them all the reasons you need to be seen so the appropriate time may be allotted, otherwise you may be asked to reschedule. If you wish to be seen the day you are calling for an acute illness, every effort will be made to get you in to see your provider. Your provider may not be available to see you that day as his/her schedule may be booked. We will then attempt to have you seen by one of our other providers who has an opening if you wish. The more accurate and timely your information to our front desk staff is, the better equipped we will be to get you the care you need in a timely manner.
All of our sites are open Monday – Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
Patients of ACHS from all sites have access to additional hours for acute illness or urgent matter at:
M-F until 5:30
Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm –Temp. unavailable due to staffing shortages
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday evenings until 6
Wednesday and Friday evenings until 5 pm
Late for Appointments
