WHEN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT:
To ensure that you receive the appropriate amount of time with your provider, it’s important to be thorough when communicating with our front desk staff the reasons for your visit. If you don’t provide enough information, you may need to reschedule your appointment. However, if you’re seeking care for an acute illness on the same day that you call, we will do our best to accommodate you.
If your regular provider is not available, we will make every effort to schedule you with one of our other available providers who can see you promptly. By providing accurate and timely information to our front desk staff, you’ll help us ensure that you receive the best possible care in a timely manner. So, don’t hesitate to share all of your concerns and needs with us when you call. We’re here to help!
AFTER HOURS URGENCT CARE – An ACHS provider is on call for emergencies after hours. For matters such as refills, test results, and all other general concerns, please call the office during regular business hours.
Patients of ACHS from all sites have access to additional hours for acute illness or urgent matter at:

Monday–Friday until 5:00pm
ACHS-Franconia
Tuesday until 6:00pm
ACHS-Woodsville
Monday–Friday until 5:00pm
Late for Appointments
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. In order to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible care and accommodate other patients who have scheduled appointments, we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and if you anticipate running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We value your time and want to ensure that you receive the care you need in a timely manner.
Changing or Canceling Appointments
We kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. By doing so, we can accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care. We make every effort to confirm your appointment time and date prior to your scheduled visit. We value your time and understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.
