Helpful ways to use your patient portal:
- Health Records:
View visit summaries, lab results and other documentation, helping you stay informed about your health. - Request RX Refills:
Request refills and/or review your medical prescriptions, ensuring that you never run out of necessary medications. - Appointments:
View and manage your appointments. - Reply to clinical Staff:
When requested to follow up, share outcomes from an earlier conversation.
Do not use the patient portal for:
X Emergencies: In case of an emergency please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
X Messages that require an immediate response: Our clinical staff will respond to questions through the portal within 2-3 business days.
X Evaluating or Treating Medical Issues: If you have a question about new or existing medical problems you MUST call to schedule an appointment.
