At ACHS, we are committed to providing our patients with access to high-quality care whenever they need it. Our patient portal is easily accessible 24 hours a day and is a great way to keep your information up to date. If you’re new to the portal, you’ll need to set up an account. Please note that the portal is not available for those under the age of 18.
Our patient portal allows you to:
- Securely communicate with your provider
- Access your medical records
- Request medication refills
- Schedule non-urgent appointments
- Access lab results
- Pay your bill and more.
New to the Portal? If this is your first time accessing the ACHS patient portal, you’ll need to set up an account. Spouses, parents, and legal guardians must create separate accounts. Once you have your username and password, follow the instructions (link to Portal reg help PDF) to activate your account.
The portal is not available for those under the age of 18.
