About ACHS

Founded in 1975, Ammonoosuc Community Health Services is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) federally qualified health center. We provide high-quality, affordable and integrated primary, behavioral and dental health care, as well as pharmacy and nutrition for 10,000 patients in 26 area communities. We accept most insurances, Medicare, Medicaid, self-pay patients and offer a sliding fee payment scale for those who qualify.
