I began my career as a mental health professional working with high-risk adolescents in residential treatment settings and later within public school systems. Over time, my experiences deepened and expanded my passion for supporting individuals across the lifespan. I specialize in helping people navigate trauma, depression, anxiety, and anger, using a compassionate, strengths-based approach. My work integrates mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and family systems therapy to support healing, growth, and resilience. Outside of my work, I enjoy skiing and rock climbing
