When Making an Appointment

To make sure you get the care you need, it’s important to tell our front desk staff exactly why you need to see a provider. This helps us schedule the right amount of time for your visit. If we don’t get enough information or you change the reason you want to be seen after you are here, we may have to reschedule your appointment.

If you’re feeling sick and need to be seen the same day, we’ll do our best to fit you in. If your usual provider isn’t available, we’ll try to schedule you with someone else who can see you soon.

The more you share with us when you call, the better we can help. We’re here for you!

Appointment Etiquette

Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. This helps us stay on schedule, gives you your full time with the provider, and allows time for any paperwork. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule. We understand that things come up – if you think you’ll be late, please call us as soon as you can. We value your time and want to make sure you get the care you need.

Changing or Cancelling Appointments

We make every effort to confirm your appointment time and date prior to your schedule visit. We value your time and understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or change it, please call us as soon as you can. This helps us offer that time to another patient who may be waiting. Thank you for helping us make sure everyone gets the care they need on time.

Expanded Access

Need urgent care after hours? Call 603-444-2464 to reach our on-call provider – available 24/7. For matters such as refills, test results, and all other concerns please call the office during regular business hours. All our five sites are open Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM. All patients of ACHS have access to additional hours at ACHS Franconia, Tuesdays 8:00AM – 6:00PM.
