ACHS-Franconia is situated in the quaint little town of Franconia, the gateway to Franconia Notch. Patients are seen at the lower level of the Alpine Clinic, by Melissa Buddensee, MD, David Ferris, DO, along with Danielle McClure-Beaulieu, PAC. A full range of services are offered.

Nestled in the small town of Warren, in what was once the historic train station, sits the Mount Moosilauke Health Center. Since 1957 it has been the lifeblood for health care in this rural community. In 1994, Ammonoosuc Community Health Services became a Federally Qualified Health Center and merged with Mount Moosilauke .

Centrally located in the downtown area, ACHS-Whitefield is staffed by Robin Hallquist, MD, Amy Paige, APRN and Kristen Crowley, LICSW for behavioral health. Their team takes a well-rounded approach to care and a full range of services are offered. Patients who qualify have access to ACHS’ sliding-fee scale and discounted pharmacy services.

Our second largest location, Woodsville serves nearly 5,000 patients, and is home to ACHS’ Medical Director and NH Association of Family Physician’s 2018 Family Physician of the Year, Sara Young-XU.
