ACHS is a nationally recognized Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with 5 locations in the beautiful White Mountains region of northern New Hampshire. We have a patient-centered approach to primary care that integrates primary care, behavioral health, oral health, chronic disease management and pharmacy services to a diverse and underserved patient population. We currently have the following positions available:

Positions Available as of 6/2015:

CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANTS - REGISTERED MEDICAL ASSISTANTS - ACHS has full-time, part-time and per-diem positions to fill at various sites. We are in immediate need of a CMA to support a primary care provider with an emphasis on women’s health. This is a full-time weekday position in our Littleton office. Applicants must be nationally certified.

REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST - This is a full-time position in Littleton. Must have a minimum of 3 years clinical experience and current CPR certification. Computer and electronic dental records experience required.

DENTAL ASSISTANT/ RECEPTIONIST - Certified Dental Assistant with a minimum of 1 year clinical experience and certified in radiology. This is a full-time position in Littleton  which will also assist in the front dental office. Previous electronic medical or dental registration or billing experience required, along with outstanding customer service, phone, and interpersonal skills. Computer and electronic dental records experience preferred.

MEDICAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST - FLOAT - ACHS is looking for a full-time receptionist for travel among all 5 ACHS sites. Position requires travel on a daily basis, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule which may include nights and weekends. Candidate must be detailed oriented, enjoy working with the public, able to multi-task, use an electronic medical records system and have at least 1 year of experience working in a medical office setting.

PATIENT NAVIGATOR/CERTIFIED APPLICATION COUNSELORS - ACHS is looking for 2 dynamic individuals to assist patients requiring on-going coordination of services and resources and navigating the insurance marketplace. These are full-time positions requiring strong written and verbal communication and computer skills. Candidate must be highly organized and comfortable working with the public. Reliable transportation is needed to travel between ACHS sites. Associates degree preferred but will consider comparable experience.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - ACHS is looking for an exceptional individual to fill a part-time position on the Behavioral Health Team as a LICSW, PhD or PsyD with a NH license. Preference for individual with experience in substance use counseling. Some travel to other ACHS sites required along with EMR system experience.
