ACHS is a nationally recognized Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with 5 locations in the beautiful White Mountains region of northern New Hampshire. We have a patient-centered approach to primary care that integrates primary care, behavioral health, oral health, chronic disease management and pharmacy services to a diverse and underserved patient population. We currently have the following positions available:

Positions Available as of 4/2016:

DENTIST - Are you looking for a progressive organization where you can practice emergent and preventive dentistry in a high need rural setting? ACHS is a federally qualified health center with integrated services of primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy and now dental & oral health. Our recently opened dental center offers exciting learning opportunities in a fast growing and state of the art facility. Come be part of a community based culture providing quality, affordable oral health care in the North Country of New Hampshire.

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - ACHS is looking for an exceptional individual to fill a part-time position on the Behavioral Health Team as a LICSW, PhD or PsyD with a NH license. Preference for individual with experience in substance use counseling. Some travel to other ACHS sites required along with EMR system experience.

COMMUNITY RELATIONS - Are you a great communicator? Do you love to build and maintain relationships?
The successful candidate for this position will manage outreach projects and strategic initiatives that will grow social and community awareness about ACHS; promote the organization’s image in a positive and community-oriented way; plan and implement internal and external events, fairs and other community events to incorporate the organization into the community.

Candidate will also implement marketing, advertising, public and community relations initiatives and plans to ensure a quality image of the organization while adhering to corporate branding standards; maintain and build relationships internally among staff and patients and externally among individuals, board members, donors, collaborating partners, businesses, elected officials, and others using a variety of methods.

Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field. Proficiency required in MS Office, Content Management Systems, Adobe Creative Suite and ability to implement and/or use other relevant software as needed. Proficiency required with social media platforms, photography and event planning. This person must be able to communicate effectively with both the written word and orally.
